LUCIS is an interdisciplinary centre of expertise that encourages Leiden University researchers to work together in enhancing knowledge of Islam and Muslim societies. The Leiden Islam Blog provides a platform where Leiden researchers and others can share their expertise, current research and ideas about Islam and society with a wider audience. Authors blog in a personal capacity.
